Note that company responses to these reviews are generic AI. This company is a scam. Product does not always arrive, and when it does, it is counterfeit. They even charge bank cards to a shell company in a different state. Save your time and money: shop at legitimate sites.

We ordered $150 shoes over a week ago. Velo sent email stating shoes shipped with a tracking number. The USPS tracking number turned out to be an empty shell. USPS has never received the package. Velo hasn’t responded to several emails. Our 4 phone calls to their number never connected. If we could give them zero stars, we surely would. Buyer beware!

Could you please share your order number or the email address used at checkout? We'll review the information and investigate what happened with your shipment. My daughter find the website. I should have done my due diligence but because the price was almost the same as the real Nike shoe i didn't. This particular item was not available anywhere. It took 3 weeks to get it. The tracking was useless it just showed up. The sizes were way off. I took photos of the box and shoe ran it through online and came back not authentic. I asked for refund and they wanted to send me a new pair with a right size supposedly and have me pay $40 and keep the shoe. This is a typical practice items from China. I would not recommend it especially you pay retail price.
