Fu**ers and scammers
Fu**ers and scammers. They pretend there is a problem in the production and pretend to send you back the shipping money. These never arrive and the glasses also! Never never order with them!

We recently experienced a manufacturing problem with one of our sunglasses batches that caused major delays while the products were remade to pass our quality standards. Because of this, tracking updates were delayed for many orders. However, all pending shipments are now being dispatched during the week of May 4th, 2026. To support affected customers, we have also been offering either reimbursement of shipping costs or a complete order cancellation with full refund if preferred. Do not order
Placed an order after seeing these advertised on Instagram, waited 2 weeks and no order update. Emailed customer services to be told there was an issue within production and as a gesture of goodwill they would refund the shipping fees, waited another week and still nothing. Have now requested them to cancel my order and give me a full refund. I am awaiting the money to return into my account now. Do not order from here! Waste of time and money!

We recently had a production issue with one of our sunglasses batches that required a complete remake after quality control problems were identified. This caused unexpected shipping delays and limited tracking updates. All delayed orders are now being shipped during the week of May 4th, 2026. Additionally, all customers affected by these delays have been offered either a full shipping refund or a complete cancellation with full refund if preferred. It’s been 10 days since my order and the status is still not shipped I mailed them today but I got no reply yet
