I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. I placed an order around two months ago for a pair of running sunglasses worth approximately AUD $180. Initially, I received a response from customer service, but after that they completely stopped replying to my emails. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I’ve been ignored. To make matters worse, the shipping information shows that my order has been cancelled, yet I have still not received either the product or a refund. Spending this amount of money only to be ghosted by the company is incredibly frustrating. The complete lack of communication and customer service has been unacceptable in my experience. Based on what I’ve experienced, I would not purchase from this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone. If you’re considering buying from them, I’d be very cautious until they improve how they handle orders, refunds, and customer support.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do NOT order from this company. They are scammers. I placed my order on June 1st, and as of today, July 18th, it still hasn't even been shipped.Their customer service is terrible. They replied to me only once, and since then, I've heard absolutely nothing despite sending multiple follow-up emails. As "compensation" for the delay, they refunded me only $4 in shipping costs. 💀 They claimed they had an issue with a defective production batch, but honestly, it just feels like a made-up excuse. At this point, I feel like I've been scammed. They have completely stopped responding to my emails, and I have received no updates whatsoever.

I placed an order on April 27,2026,received a confirmation email with an order number on it. 2 months later I still have not received my order and the order confirmation doesn't exist anymore neither does the account i created. I have also emailed numerous times with no response - very frustrating with the lack of communication but they have no problem taking your money.

It's a scam. I ordered 2 months ago and got an email about my order saying it's on it's way and it has been delivered but never received it. Contacted via email for customer service still have heard nothing back as i've sent 2 emails. Definitely don't buy anything from the website

Ordered in May but haven't got any replies in gmail also as changes in tracking.

I ordered a pair of Velo running sunglasses at the beginning of March. After an unusually long time with no delivery information, I followed them up with emails asking if my order was on the way. I was told there was an error in the batch and they had to remake it, etc but it would still be on the way. I asked if I could get a full refund but they declined and only offered a shipping refund. I was given another tracking number (probably the third one thus far), which is not valid on their tracking website. It is now June, the tracking information is still not there. I have emailed asking what has happened to my order again, and have received no reply. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to getting them and they weren’t that cheap of purchase. I regret purchasing from this site without researching properly and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to make the same mistake

They are a SCAM. The product is rubbish, I have requested a refund they have never processed. DONT BUY!!!!
