So far a great deal of ankle strength improvement, improving but not totally gone nerve pain, but hopeful! Navigating the website is questionable.

I ordered a board from Velor Health on 04-13-2026. They printed a shipping label but never shipped the product. Customer service subsequently contacted me and indicated there was a delay. I received the product on May 6, 2026, and I was refunded 25% of the purchase price for the inconvenience.

There was an error with shipping, and they quickly fixed the problem and I finally got my board. I will say, that in the end it was worth it. Its a very nice piece of fitness gear that I suspect I will use for the rest of my life. So, the "cost" is really nothing and the reward is exceptional.

I bought this because I have had several knee surgeries and it is difficult for me to do squats. This helps with those and I love the fact that I can also work on stretching my hamstrings.

Tried to email and call no response. Never got a confirmation or order# so I'm a bit concerned if I will ever see this product I updated the review because later in the day I did get a response from someone who was able to give me my order number. So they did reach out and make things right. Once I get the product I’ll update again and if it’s as good as people say it is I will make it a five star.

This product is amazing I use it everyday and my knees ankles and hips issue have improved and my leg strength in awesome. I like how Velor built this product and the e book was very helpful on choosing different exercises

This is a solid product. Well built and I can trust that it’s not going to give out when I’m doing deep squats with dumbbells in hand.
