Came out of the box completely broken. The two rockers are only held in my 3 wooden dowels and they were all broken when it arrived.

I ordered a book on how to use the velor health board on May 25th 2026. I emailed the company twice and no response as of June 20th 2026! Not a fan of this company customer service.

DO NOT BUY!!! Velor health charged me for a board on 4/15/2026 but didn't deliver the product as promised. I've sent them email and they will not respond. EDIT: Velor replied with an untrue statement regarding their shipping. The Shipping Policy on their website states that items ship within 1 - 3 business days. IT HAS BEEN TWELVE BUSINESS DAYS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.

I ordered this product and paid for expedited shipping. They printed a lable for shipping but never shipped the product. Reached out to customer service and they said it shipped and I would receive a new tracking. That never happened. Still no product. Hope I do get what I paid for.

I ordered a board on Dec.15th to arrive on the 23rd. I contacted them on the 24th & was told there was water damage to the warehouse??? It would be 4-7 days for them to receive another & 4-7 days for me to receive it. I can't track the product, because their site just shows a big world map when I try?? Not sure if this is a scam or if they are just bad with communication? Need help or should I cancel?

Why do you ask for a review when you haven't even shipped it yet?

I weigh 195 pounds and used the board with bodyweight only. It completely collapsed with the hinge crumpling and ripping loose after a handful of uses.
