Used a similar fixed angle board at my gym for warmup work on legs and noticed the focus to quads. Saw this product, read some reviews and gave it a go. I enjoy it very much! like the adjustable angles and it's my go to for warmup of legs before rucks and runs along with programming for home workouts with sandbags.

Works great for targeting quads, especially the VMO. Easily portable from the excercise room to the living room. Construction is solid and durable.

Just getting started but so far, so good. Board was missing one felt pad underneath. I added on I had.
