One of the worst customer service…
One of the worst customer service experiences. Sent way too many emails claiming I had the product for 2 weeks, when it hadn't even been 7 days since ordering. Extremely slow to respond, and tells you useless information and other lies about refunds. Luckily I didn't get signed up for a subscription or anything like that, but they are terrible and ignorant people. The product does provide a few minutes of clarity, but is also just a headache in the end. Waste of time and money.
