The customer service is very dull - they are lying about their return and refund policies . Mary from Velaxen I am not sure she knows how to read because she keeps lying on her own response- don’t waste your money and time - they are thieves

I placed my order 3 months ago. It arrived open meaning lack of quality control. I contacted them and they said they will send me a new bottle. They never did. I requested my money back and they said that they were investigating. I am very disappointed. After reading all the reviews I totally understand that this company it’s a scam.

This company is a bunch of scammers who steal money from credit cards and ignore any communication about correct address and ending subscription!!! DO not order anything from them. Besides product is weak and not working!! They already scammed me for $220 and I need to dispute credit card charges with my bank. Again, DO NOT use it!!

i have 2 orders i only requested one , they automatically charged me and i never recieved any product. i tried calling they hang-up. i tried contacting by e-mail no response. How does this country allow people like this to operate a business with such poor delivery and poor response to customers. they rate a negative one, (-1).

Websites are all no longer valid havent received product and have no way to get my money back. Big scam.

Velaxen failure. July 17 I ordered 6 bottles of Velaxen; buy 3 get 3 and 2 free gifts value over $20, with free shipping. Paid nearly $30. Due to website issue? I only paid for one bottle and I was informed that the free gifts will be shipped. Early August my order was abandoned at my door and disappeared. Delivery instructions never followed. Velaxen informed me that the company has start an investigation of the Lost package. And today; 7 days later after the investigation supposedly started, I was told to check my mailbox to check my bushes to check my porch to check with my neighbors with my roommates....... I have received emails from Velaxen's Clara confirming that the subscription has been cancelled and refund was on the way but they have not done this. I believe it to be a dishonorable company and I would like to mount a class action against them. I have given them one more chance to refund the money or face legal action.

The product came after two months of ordering. The label does not state country of origin, manufacturer or any address. I wouldn’t take a pill just like that. Do NOT trust!
