I went to Vein Clinics for a spider vein and small vericose vein. After a session where they mapped my legs, it turns out that I had a lot more going on underneath the surface that explained other symptoms I was having that I did not even know were related (legs swelling and achy legs). After a few months of treatment, my legs look amazing, no more ugly veins showing through my legs and my legs do not swell nearly as much! All of the staff was amazing and very helpful. Great customer service and easy scheduling and billing. Robin at the Alpharetta location was a ROCKSTAR getting all of my spiderveins! My only complaint was that the entire procedure and timeline was not specified at the beginning and I had no idea that the process could be so timely. It was totally worth it, but I wish the procedures and timelines had been explained before treatment.

Pros: Dr. Choo at the Fairfax, VA office is great! He thoroughly explains the procedure and answers all questions you might have. I would recommend this location. Cons: I was not impressed with the PA he has on staff. She was very rough when it came to injections. Didn't seem to care about the extreme discomfort I was in.

Experienced no problems with treatment. Great doctor, great staff.

some answer very vaguely as if they are afraid to answer your questions. Others are very honest and answer your question.

Love Dr. Wu. Loved everyone I had contact with in the office. I found the billing dept not so great. I was billed before I got my EOBs The amounts never agreed with what I showed. Double billing happened twice and they just brushed it off. At the beginning of service I paid what I was told and it was much more than I actually owed. The balance was carried several months until my treatments caught up with the charges. Believe it or not I actually received a bill with "OVER DUE" stamped on the front of the envelope for the mailman or anyone else to see. I never had an overdue payment. And I never asked for a refund in the beginning when I paid more than what was due at the time. The day after I received the "OVER DUE" invoice, I received a regular invoice for the same amount. As I said, the Billing Department needs help. I will still come to Dr. Wu but I will watch every penny I am billed and what I am responsible for. I also requested, a couple of times, an itemized bill for what I was charged, what my insurance company paid for and what my obligation was per my insurance. Never got it. I kept all my EOBs and compared them to what I was billed - that's how I discovered the double billing - and paid accordingly. Again, get someone in the billing dept who knows what they are doing. Nurse needs to prep n Xxx the leg needing treatment just like the doctor. Doctor n his assistants vet unseeing n caring. They speak out all treatments. Felt very comfortable
