Do not appreciate being lied to. All I asked is to send a form to my insurance company to verify I have to wear compression stockings for 3 months prior to any procedure. I was told twice it was sent then I was told after I checked with my ins co, that they did not need pre-authorization. So which is it. How hard is it to send a pre-authorization just to verify it. Ins co told me nothing requires the compression stocking.

Apparently Americas Vein Clinics doesn't check they're accounting before threating collections. 6 payments off our personal checking. As a biller and coder myself we are taught to first check the name on the check in system if no match the payee account with the provider. We just cash checks and threaten consumer. We also don't credit payment on client flex-able spending account. @ were in pending and request were made not once not twice but 3 times for documents so they were approved. They further didn't give us credit for payment released and approved.good service from doctor but nightmare with there billing departments

Much too expensive

I am relieved of the pain at night and several veins have been reduced. The price, in addition to the financial one, is that my legs look even worse. Limited hours meant I had to take vacation days to make appointments. No more my legs have knots and are painful to touch. New veins are visible. Today my appointment was changed without notice I am no longer a patient and any recommendations will be rescinded

I still have the varicose veins and spider veins more now than what I came in with and the needles he used were to large and that left marks and I have bruises that still hurt and didn't go away yet very upset with the results

I was totally disappointed with how Veins Clinic does business and how they treat their patients. Example: they set you up with the appointments you want, then when new patients need my spots I'm called and rescheduled. The sad thing what should of been done in a orderly fashion ended up being done when they had a slot available. It stretched out to months..

Everyone was nice. But after asking several times about owing money to the lady running that area. I was assured that I would owe nothing but the copay I was paying. Then there was an issue with insurance. So before continuing on with the procedures I asked her again are we sure I will owe noting else but the copay if I do the rest of them? She 100% said you will not owe anything. Well now I owe 3000 dollars to vein clinics and if I wouldn't have been told that I would owe I would not have continued with the procedures.

Twice told bill paid in full only to get additional charges. Calls not recorded.
