Right from the beginning everything was good from the consultation to treatment the only thing that could be improved would be scheduling. I know no one wants to work Saturday but if it was possible weekend appointments would be ideal.

I tried to continue my appointment during the month of December but nobody could accommodate me because they had no nurses

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because when I tried to call (a few times) to change an appt, I couldn’t get through!! I left a message one day in the morning, and finally got a call back late in the afternoon!! I was told they had so many calls to return!!! Not cool! Other than a lack of communication skills, they were awesome!!!

I Had a nice time at Vien C OF A. they would tell me what to do after the visit . and you even got a piece of chocolate. The nurses were very nice and help full. Every visit they would check the last visit with an MRI. to see if it was ok.. If you follow there information you would do ok. I not than they would have you wait a week or two before another procedure.

Overall my experience has been good with the VCA. The treatments I have been receiving are helping with my legs. I'm very pleased with the staff and the help they've provided.

I am waiting to give a comprehensive review after the healing process is complete. I am hopeful that all will end well.
