No reference to invoice or service date when paying online
Most online pay sites reference the invoice number or service date for billing. Vein Clinics simply asks for your account number and then you put in the payment amount. Message online indicates you'll receive a receipt via mail in ten days. Never have received a receipt in the mail, though the next invoice doesn't have the service paid listed as outstanding any more.
In general, Vein Clinics has some work to do to be in line with quality of other medical service providers regarding billing. Their actual medical services are outstanding, as are their staff.

Unhappy With Results
I was hoping to get relief from Restless Leg Syndrome with treatment at the Vein Clinic. After several very uncomfortable vein treatments, I thought that even if it didn't help my RLS symptoms, at least I would have the perk of getting the surface spider veins treated and finally feel comfortable with the appearance of my legs. The nurse who did the first treatment was having complications with her pregnancy and was understandably preoccupied. She only did the front of one leg. The next day, the nurse practicioner had to do the back of the same leg. Apparently, my insurance company only approved two treatments of the superficial veins. That meant, only one leg was treated. I can barely tell that the veins are less visible on the front of my thigh, but that's it. I cannot financially afford to pay out of pocket for more treatments. I initially had 100% coverage because of a couple of surgeries for 2015. But, somehow, they "missed" a vein for the laser treatment, and it meant going into 2016 with a new deductible and co-pay. I spent about $1300.00 or more out-of-pocket and I've yet to see any positive results.
I will say, that the nurses and techs were very friendly. Dr. Buckner was friendly, but seemed to brush off my voiced discomfort. Maybe it's not that bad for everyone, but it was for me.

Not great communiction
There has not been enough explanation as to what they are doing and how long before I get relief. Four treatments and no change in my symptoms and discomfort.
