I'm very disappointed that you have closed the Allen, TX location. I have been going there for years! Dr. Long and her staff were wonderful. The next closest location is in Plano (barely in it, really more like Carrolton) and 30 more minutes away. You've left the entire northeast part of the metroplex unsupported. I'm going to be looking for someplace closer!

I was seen in Rockville clinic on 8/15/19 and was scheduled to have procedure done on 9/27/19. On 9/26/19 they called me at 5 pm to tell me that they have not obtained insurance approval for my procedure yet and want me to reschedule my appointment even though they had more than a month to process it. Instead of sending request for approval to insurance company right after my visit on 8/15/19 they sent it 30 days later!!! When I asked why they sent it so late and why they are just telling me now, literally right before my appointment, they said they had other patients to handle before me! One more thing to mention, they have been reminding me off my appointment for several days already and they never mentioned that my insurance approval is still pending. I even got a phone call from my doctor to discuss my medication prior to the procedure just a few hours before his office called me again to cancel my appointment. I guess even he had no idea that his office didn’t do their job. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable! I would never recommend this clinic to anyone!

I saw the commercial and started doing some research after seeing it. Thank you Trustpilot, and all the positive and negative feedback..Thank you for sharing your real stories, as I will not be bothering with this place at all..I believe the negative 100% and the positive is just smoke screen!! I am able to see through the 83% "Excellent" reviews. I hope more people will start checking into these places before picking up the phone for such a frustrating and irritating experience.

They would not give me the results of my ultrasound over the phone. So when I was emailed a review I made sure to express my issue, I explained that I live 2 hours away, and I would have to take time off work just to drive and find out if I was a candidate for insurance, which would require me to wear compression hose for 3 months before I can have the procedures. So if I needed hose and they didn’t have them in stock then that would be another trip. The manager called me and left a nice message that they would give me my results over the phone. Well every time I call he and my doctor are busy, I have left several messages but they never call me back!

My experience was awful. I set up an appointment over phone over a month ago. To pay a baby sitter to watch my child drive all the way their to find they have cancelled my appointment with out my knowledge but they said they have been trying to contact me..Really i have no phone call in my log to prove it..How ever i did receive an email confirmation of the time and date. The date i made it and a week prior to my appointment. I also signed up for text about this date and a have never received anything but confirming information about these appointments..All i was told was sorry we tried to call you, BUT we didn't get a reply. but i still received confirming text???I never received email stating it was cancelled. All I got was another appointment set out Over yet ANOTHER month in advance printed out with a (IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE PROVIDE A TWO DAY NOTICE TO AVOID A FIFTY DOLLAR CANCELLATION FEE.) Are you Serious? Where is my $50 cancellation check for my time and inconvenience? Doesn't seem like a truly efficient place. I will not be going back.

I went to VCoA with the desire to treat my varicose veins. Not only did VCoA not treat my varicose veins I actual have more visible distortions on my legs. Upon my first few services everything seemed ok. I received a printout stating that my insurance would cover the procedure at 100% (multiple times). Then after I began treatment the front desk said that I now was responsible for 20-80% of the procedures and scans. They then explained that this could be due to Dr. Pappa only having her General Practitioner license and billing as a specialty (red flag number one). As I began to ask questions your staff began to treat me different. One day I showed up and I could hear the staff in the back talking about me and how they were surprised I was there after the questions I asked. They went on to discuss how they didn’t have anyone to perform the procedure on me that day. Instead of being straight forward with me. Dr. Pappa had someone call me back, run a scan of my legs, and state that I was done with all the procedure and my veins would heal overtime (lies-a year later I still have the same varicose veins and scars from surgery). I attempted to contact upper management for months (yes plural). The staff refused to provide me with my VCoA medical information. My doctor sent over multiple request and I personally requested this information. I was finally able to speak with ONE person with VCoA, Ms. Foster. I had to take off of work to sit on the phone with her and the insurance company due to VCoA not knowing how to run a business. Ms. Foster stated that she would work with me because the insurance did give them the quote of coving 100% of the services. We exchange multiple emails and spoke on the phone multiple times. However, the issue was never resolved. I truly feel like VCoA scammed me. I am truly disgusted with the entire process I experienced with VCoA.

Worst decision I have ever made was to go to the vein clinics of America. Possibly it was just my experience where I went but I went in with a couple veins and now my legs are so messed up I choke back tears almost every day. The doctor who cared for is a radiologist not vein specialist. I wanted to treat the veins I had but landed out having deep veins shut own. However, he started at the calf not ankle and that's why I had so many issues. He spoke out on my last visit and said "I don't know why they make it so difficult they should start below calf". I paid for his arrogance. I have never wore a pair of short since, skirts, bathing suits, or even capri's. Even in the summer I wear long cotton workout clothes. He pretty much destroyed my life. All for a couple veins I should not have bothered with. I kept thinking they would improve, its been about 6 years but no improvement. it only gets worse. I would give 0 stars but could not.

I went to Vein Clinics in Overland Park Kansas, and it started very good and the service was very good and Dr. Baker was very good and very professional I don't have a problem with him my problem is when I went for my last appointment I was told that I needed to come back for more injections but I would have to pay out of pocket so I asked why and was told well there are several places that need to be treated so I asked why because my insurance had paid lot of money why weren't they treated and was told well they need be treated so I have come this far and now I have to pay to complete the treatment this is wrong I will not recommend them to anyone I was not told this up front.
