When I charge my credit card for the day's services, I am told one amount at the check-in desk and then another amount at the check-out desk. A few times I have reminded the girl at the check-out desk that I have a $25.00 co-pay and she says to me that I have already paid it. I know I have not and then surprise I get a bill in the mail. When I first signed up with Vein Clinics I tried to pay my $25.00 co-pay with cash and the girl refused to take my money! I would appreciate having a statement outlining what exactly I am paying for at each visit.

Was happy until recently. We were moving along and got to the point of just working on spider veins and then they cancelled my appointments because their nurse was out for 3 months. However, they were supposed to get a traveling nurse and would call when they did. Never heard from them. So now I am in my second summer and still not done!

felt like a one size fits all and not so much getting to the root if each individual needs. I'd rather understand what I need vs what they do. I read that the veins that were going to be lasered are the same ones they use for heart surgeries. not to be taken lightly

Wish they gave better information.

The staff was awesome, very courteous and helpful. I just wish they would have let me know what my insurance would cover before I had the ultrasound done!

I want to go to doctor’s offices to do what is best for my health. I am not interested in cosmetics. If my veins need to be treated so I am healthier I am in. If you’re doing these procedures to make me look better I am not interested. The thing that makes me cautious about vein clinics of America is they started with a sales pitch like I was going to buy into a timeshare. I trust that my doctor would send me to the best place for me. I can research my options if I’m unhappy. Please don’t do the company “spiel”. Spend your time on helping me find the best treatment plan for me. On the positive side. The doctor and the young lady who went through the whole sales pitch were kind, the place was clean and I do feel like I received a thought filled recommendation for treatment.

I thought that my spider veins would fade in a much shorter time. I had the procedure at least 6 mos ago and my veins pretty muck look the same as prior to the procedures.

Not impressed with the free consultation diagnosis.
