My service so far at the Waterford Clinic has been very professional. My appointments always start on time or early. Several appointment reminders are sent, so I don't forget. The staff are friendly and professional. The office is very clean. The staff work well with my insurance company getting the authorizations required for my procedures.

I was told what needed to be done during the first. The first two procedures were done as explained. The physician talked me through the procedure but I never saw his face. So far I have had no problems with my legs. My procedures were prolonged due to exposure to Covid by a family member and testing. I have been pleased by VCA and the staff is very nice.
