I liked the staff and the way respected me. Overall I didn’t get the impression of my treatment as they told me.

Everyone was amazing! My results were okay, not great. I still have visible spiderviens after 2 treatments. The ones that responded well like good.

Everything was pretty great. Very quick and efficient, never had to wait. The doctors and scanners were all very informative and friendly. The only thing was the numerous appointment reminders, then getting a phone call every time I was pulling into the parking lot right on time or even before the appt time or walking through the doors to ask where I was. It was first thing in the morning and I instantly felt nagged which I can’t stand and threw off my whole day. I understand the importance of doctors offices staying on schedule but it was a very bit much.

Doctors and staff at the Frankfort IL location are wonderful. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and they’re happy working together. They are always very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. They make sure patients feel comfortable and understand every step of the treatments. I am very happy with my results so far. I would definitely recommend this office to others.
