the staff at VCA are very nice and professional. However, I found myself the victim of a bait-and-switch. The receptionist at my first visit confirmed my insurance and explicitly stated that my co-pay would be $35 for all future visits and that today's initial visit was free. Well fast forward to my second visit and the woman scheduling appts was swift and efficient in -planning my next 7, yes 7 visits. Along the way, she informed me that my insurance does not cover a procedure for four of my visits and on those occasions I would have a co-pay of $35 PLUS $185. Well, imagine my surprise. Jury still out on next steps.

Not happy with service received.

Clinic was always busy and never returned call after attempting to reschedule appt. That was a red flag for me.

It hurts ,I'm a cafe manger and getting the procedure done and going to work the next day just don't go well.Its been a year and my legs are killing me.I don't.think they healed the way they needed too.If you don't have a lot of standing to do ok but if you do your gonna be eating plenty of pain pills.

The Doctor was excellent The office and the follow up was poor

The treatment received didn't work. The price is ridiculous expensive. I think is a rip off.

i really loved vein clinics and my doctor and I was so excited to get rid of my veins. However the woman at the front desk started harrassing me about my balance, yelling out as I leave YOU HAVE A BALANCE!!!!!! Then sending me bills and writing on them PENDING COLLECTIONS!!!!! That i will never ever return and thats to bad because my legs arent done yet. My insurance has paid over 50,000.00 Couldnt she just leave me alone

Had the procedure done 4 months ago-my legs look worse now than before the procedure. I have big black lines on both legs. Never saw a doctor at any of the visits just Pa's. It's like a production line get them in and out. Save your money -go to a reputable doctor,
