Much confusion on my insoles that I wanted to pick up in Prosper. Had an appointment last week but another company was there. I called the Plano office today snd they still weren’t transferred to Prosper. Someone from Plano office delivered them to Prosper after my call. Your texts did not say which office, but I had prearranged the Prosper location. Another couple came in last week right after me and they didn’t look happy. Please list location of pick up so other people don’t make needless trips like I did. Thanks Sue Solie. Hopefully this will make it to DR. GRAFF

Your staff has always been courteous and knowledgeable, and your facilities are clean and well equipped. I have yet seen any change in my legs, but await additional treatments. My experiences so far have been positive.

My appointment went well. The doctor and staff were very friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars is that I was told that my procedures were covered at 100%. After getting a scan, I was informed that my insurance wasn't covering anything. GRRR!

They are all great here. I am 100% happy with the results of my treatment. Being a self pay I have spent a ton of out of pocket money. When it came to my spider vein treatment the cost of the package for 4 sessions was not explained correctly to me. Thinking I had 4 office visits, I find out that I had only 2 because of doing both legs at 1 visit. It was never explained that by doing both legs in one visit was 2 sessions. Feeling like I didn’t really get a good break off by being a self pay patient. However I am very happy with all the results of my treatment and the staff could not be nicer. I will recommend VCA to any of my friends and family that need treatment.

Procedures were all relatively painless and done in a professional manner. One alarming development occurred after the first vein ablation in that the site started bleeding a few hours after and bled profusely for a long time. This, I found out later, was probably due to my daily 10mg dose of Xarelto (prescribed long-term due to a DVT suffered 2 years ago). There needs to be a written protocol for patients who are on blood thinners and I never saw one. There should be coordination between one's own physician and the Vein Clinic staff as to when to stop and then re-start blood thinner medication. My bleed-out was scary and the amount of blood lost was substantial. Other than that, I am satisfied with the procedures and I have already noticed an improvement in reducing the pain in my leg.

I was running a few minutes late due to all the traffic after tornado and I called the office to tell them, they immediately tell me that there is someone after me so basically I lose some of my treatment time. I was actually just in time and ended up waiting in the room 10 minutes before being seen. Why is it ok to wait on the staff but when I’m expecting to be late (once) and call, they don’t tell me thank you for calling and see what happens with appointments instead of me rushing to get to a pre paid treatment that costs $$ and takes 20 minutes. I waited 10 minutes in room once I got there and got my 20 minutes treatment. The staff is usually very nice, so I surprised that my heads up call at a red light wasn’t welcomed. I was only expect to be 5 minutes late when I called.
