Surprised the Alexandria location was still open with all the construction going on. Seemed hazardous at times trying to navigate to the office. Would not visit this location again due to parking fees. Staff was great. My procedure was minimal but not seeing a noticeable difference and believe this may have been a waste of time and money.

I am only giving them 3 stars because I have only been to the consultation so far but the staff was very polite , professional and organized. I’ll update my rating after my treatment.

The technician was kind and efficient yet it has been 6 weeks and My veins are still there.

After purchasing the recommended, expensive, compression hose from VCoA, wearing them religiously for the recommended time frame and having the injections for what, to me, seemed like minor spider veins, I am disappointed to see that none of the treated areas look better - no change whatsoever in appearance, actually. Not sure if I will repeat this treatment!

I rated my experience average because there were good and poor experiences. First, the poor. It was not explained to me up front how much I would have to pay out of pocket. That was a surprise. Also, some treatment could not be done and covered by insurance because it was considered cosmetic. Those areas are very visible and wanted that done but I could not under insurance. That was a surprise. Lastly, the primary Physician was not personable AT ALL and bordered on being rude. He ran in, did the procedure and then ran out. Made me feel like I was another number and got the rush act. I know the clinic is busy but I work in healthcare and that is not how patients should be treated. Now for the good. The techs and the office staff were great! They were very friendly, helpful and made me feel good about my visit whereas the medical staff did not. Communication up front about what to expect and being more personable to the patients from the doctors are definitely a recommendation I make.

I visited the Vein Clinic in the Fall of 2019 to have some work done on my legs for mild varicose veins and spider veins, with a six-month follow-up in June 2020. I canceled the three-month follow-up in March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I found the staff to be very nice and efficient during each visit. They told me the healing would take time and is different for each person, but now one month into 2021, I have to say that I am very disappointed with the results. I figured because I'm older, there's only so much they can do. My left leg is somewhat improved, but the right leg actually looks worse now than when I began the treatment. While I haven't worn shorts in many years, I rarely even wear capris now.

I trust the quality of their work, but I don't trust them on not upselling me and not suggesting things that really are more optional than they make it seem.
