The doctor and staff were very professional, friendly and caring. They took every effort to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during the whole procedure. It was almost painless. They explained what they were doing in every phase of the procedure and it was done quickly. They explained what I could expect during healing. My only disappointment is that after nearly two months of healing time there is still a great deal of discoloration in both legs. I don't see it fading. I had hoped to have much clearer skin as a result.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Michal Savcenko and his staff in Plano, TX. It was particularly helpful in being able to personally visualize the endovenous thermal ablation and chemical ablation process on the computer screen as he was administering the process. The staff itself is well worth the visit. They are very accommodating and I have the WORST work schedule known to mankind. I have had my veins down before because of my jobs...ALL STANDING. This is a first class operation. They worked with my insurance which is a blessing. My legs look great for 54. You will be hooked after your first visit.

Finished work on one leg, now on to the next one. Initial results are immediate, and there is further improvement as healing takes place. Overall, very pleased.
