The people in your main office in Chicago are the rudest meanest people anyone can talk to. You tell them what you need and they do not want to help. I will not talk to them again if I can help it. If my legs did not hurt worse now than they did when I started this adventure I would never go back. My legs look like one big red bruise, this was a mistake and I hope it can be fixed. Dr Anderson is great. There is a Office Liaison named Kim in the office with him you can not hear her on the phone and you can tell her 20 times and she does not care. As for recommending Vein Clinic to anyone I will not do it....At least not at this time.

When an appointment is made a person should be seen at the appointed time or even 15 minutes after appointed time. Not 1 1/2 hours after appointment time. And to have to wait in a waiting room that is the same size as my laundry room with 6 chairs is not only ridiculous but horrible.
