This is my second review since TrustPilot removed my first review, claiming my first review "breached their guidelines". I know it didn't but thats beside the point. vegawin.com is not really worth the time in the long run. I won almost 3 grand and the most you can redeem per redemption is 2 grand. I had a redemption request for 2 grand pending for a week and they still refused to pay me even tho they emailed me acknowledging my redemption request. So I decided to cancel my request and send them 8 redemption requests, all in the amount of 250, to see if they would pay me my 2 grand then. When I submitted those redemption requests, they immediately paid me my second, third, and fourth redemption requests, but completely ignored the first request as well as the rest and they refused to pay me my 2 grand. This site is a total sham. They will pay you small amounts but support is no help ever and never was. You can't count on support or trust them when they tell you they will do something. Because they won't.

Multiple redemption requests are not necessarily reviewed or approved in the exact order they were submitted, and larger or multiple simultaneous requests may require additional review before processing. We understand, however, that seeing some requests approved while others remained pending without a clear explanation could be confusing. Your remaining eligible redemptions have not been refused simply because of their amount. So I originally gave this company a 5 star rating which now I think was prematurely. I’ve had a couple of redemptions that were paid out within 2-3 days and fast customer support, one guy in particular was amazing… up until NOW. I’ve had one redemption pending since August 3rd, and two others since August 4th. I emailed support days ago and was told that I would be paid out on Friday which was August 7th. Here it is the 9th and I haven’t received my money nor a email back or response from customer support. For this I’m taking the 5 star rating I gave. I’ve been left on the support chat for over 48 hours without a response which is insane! Maybe they don’t work weekends or maybe they have gotten slack on the redemptions, however, with this issue, I’m not spending anymore money with them and I spend hundreds a day with several different platforms! They are officially CHOPPED until I receive my funds!

Still waiting on my 2nd redemption ,most of us that play these platforms play because we need the money I been sitting here waiting for 3 days and I'm getting aggravated I've already redeem once with no problem so I don't understand why I can't just get my money ....update....Angie emailed me ,they don't process funds on weekend so that's on me ,Angie was very helpful she said I'd receive my funds today so thank you Angie and I will suggest Vegawin to my friends !!

I paid $30 for 50sc through a discount offer they sent me through my email. So I bought it. And in my rewards section I had 10 free spins. Surprise, the 10nfree spins paid out $36! Well then I had 86sc. AWESOME! I then played that up to 400sc, ultimately stopping at 376sc and tried to redeem. That redemption was denied due to winnings being from free spins, so I emailed support (who replied basically immediately, btw, great support) and notified them that I did indeed buy the sc that I got my winnings from. And even though they notified me that my balance was ultimately played down to 24sc* before being played back up, they were still willing to process my initial redemption (minus the 36sc from the free spins, which of course is totally reasonable)! Honestly, this makes Vegawin the best experience I've had with a sweeps casino, bar none. Would totally recommend. I was honestly surprised with the support team and how willing they were to help me out. Thank you guys. *Though I will note that they stated when it got down to 24sc that it was free spins balance left, even though whether that is free spins balance or my purchased sc balance seems to be arbitrary; and I would argue since I played the free spins first before my purchased sc, that the first balance that should've been exhausted should've been the free spins balance, leaving my purchased sc, but I digress. The important part is my redemption got processed.

I should have came here and read the reviews first. So I did a redemption but August 1st or something like that August 3rd like 2 days ago for $180. I'm waiting I'm waiting nothing no email nothing so I sent him a message. So finally they respond and say oh sorry you can't do it for that much you're going to have to do it for 100. And so I log back in I'm like okay fine whatever I log back in and there's only $100 in the account what happened to the other $80 you just took it for me that's jacked up and so now I suppose I've submitted it again to a card just like before for $100 because they took the 80. So now I get to wait two or three more days probably for them to come back and say oh you can't do it to that card you're going to have to do the bank transfer kind. Don't come to this casino it's absolutely absurd. I'm already pissed off and it's been 2 days. Absolutely insane I should have read the reviews don't do it it's a trick

We've reviewed the situation and would like to clarify that the 100 SC limit applies specifically to winnings generated from No Purchase Free Spins promotions. Under the applicable promotional terms, the maximum redeemable amount from those Free Spins is 100 SC. Any amount above that limit is therefore not eligible for redemption, which is why the additional 80 SC was removed rather than retained by Vegawin. We apologize if this wasn't communicated clearly enough from the beginning. An email communication regarding this policy was also sent out, but we understand that clearer information during the redemption process itself would have helped avoid confusion. Your eligible 100 SC redemption can still be processed normally using an available redemption method. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to clarify what happened and hope this provides some transparency around the adjustment!

In my opinion this casino platform is not trustworthy for many reasons I play a particular game on at least 15 other platforms on this platform it will not trigger a bonus no matter what it's I'm going to give you an example 700 spins and that's not a joke and it still wouldn't trigger us one bonus and then when you try to contact them they have a life support and they have a contact us but they don't work there's no way to contact them directly either as well so if you want to invest in here take a risk something happens you can't contact them you'll never get something resolved and in my opinion the game I play hits two or three times for a bonus round and 700 spins but on this site I put plenty of money in on this game thinking it's got a hit it has never hit yet once with 700 plus spins don't trust this site especially if they make it where their contacting doesn't work properly it glitches out and it won't let you use it
