Good site just like the previous ones that jhas came out Only experienced one issue, the play through would not turn over by itself so I could redeem I had to contact support after the fact of me playing and purchasing for days and being very confused why it was still stating I needed to reach $100 SC to redeem when I had played the wager requirement and had $150 balance So for 2 days I had redeemable balance and could have redeemed but I had to reach out to support first? I’m not getting compensated at all so it was like throwing money away when I would had redeemed and tried several times I should had reached out to support as soon as I thought there was an issue even though I shouldn’t have to worry about play through not turning over to redeemable Lost a few hundred due to that system glitch but still a good site and I’ll be returning Paid within hours too and deserves a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the hiccup

Fast and Easy redemption

First time player and I had an excellent experience. Great games, easy verifications and very fast redemptions. The random jackpot is an added bonus.

I used the vegas builder market and bought a $1,000 package for +10% to make it come out to 1100 SC. I then managed to get out with 1,047 SC. They then banned my account without reason. My redemption was pending for a little over 3 days and after many attempts of contacting support they would all give me different answers. I was told the redemption team would be in contact with me, another agent said my redemption was marked as important and the redemption team would be in contact soon, while another agent told me my redemption is currently being worked on. All of this was false nobody ever contacted me nor was my redemption ever processed. They also advertise "instant" redemptions yet mine has been pending for over 72 hours and when I request answers from their support team I am just met with lies. I got no notice, or email or anything whatsoever telling me what the reason for my account closure was. This casino is money stealing and fradulent please keep your money far away if you'd ever like to see it again. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB , The Casino Bureau, and getting in contact with the casino itself as well as charging back purchases on my card. All I wanted was to get in, get my money, and get out. I simply cannot even do that on this fradulent shady site. I have all the proof neccessary to back up my claims and will be taking aggressive action against this site. Stay Away!
