Redemption stuck in limbo
Redemption stuck in limbo. Been given the run around all they say is wait for redemption at the moment we have high volume which makes no sense since my lower redemption were processed instantly & now that it is a high amount they say there is no timetable for you to recieve funds. Beware if you plan on hitting big might have to jump through hoops to recieve funds. 9/12/26 update as of now redemption is marked successful but havent recieved funds i will update review once i recieved winnings

Redemption processing times are not determined by the amount requested. Any redemption, regardless of value, may require additional review or verification before it can be processed. Ok cs is slow. They fixed my problem but very slow. Plus side they were polite and not in a condescending way. So 4 stars would be 5. But as i stated slow. But if that's all I'm complaining about. They must be doing something right,,,, aight then ,,,deuces yo
