Customer service and quick redemptions

Cant withdraw. I have tried 6 times now to withdraw my winnings. They said i have to use the same card i used to deposit. The card i first used was unable to accept redemptions for some reason. I deposited with another card and tried to redeem and was rejected every time. Support told me the second card should definitely work and to try again. Every time i try again it gets rejected. Now support is telling me i can only redeem with the first card i used. This site is 100% a scam Edit: finally was able to submit documents to verify my account to be able to withdraw. This was over 2 days ago. The email stated the process should take up to 48 hours. Its been over 48 hours now. I thought you were supposed to be able to withdraw in “under an hour”. Still have not received my funds. At this point im just going to contact the BBB because this is absolutely ridiculous. edit:i have contacted support 6 times now and they have given me no information or updates. my account is still “pending” verification. It doesnt look like im going to be paid at all unfortunately. Lawsuit it is.
