Good price, excellent uptime. The biggest factor, though, is the quality of support. The support people always respond quickly, and usually know their stuff.

I really don't know anything about hosting and creating websites ... or maybe just enough to be a total hazard! Regardless, I like to give it whirl. Creating a support ticket is painless, and their chat support is second to none! Blazing fast, efficient and friendly. I have been a VeeroTech Hosting customer for about eight years and remain a loyal customer. In the past I operated a time critical news website that attracted a lot of daily visitors. Speed and reliability were critical. We have experienced very few issues over the period and every time that we did the technical support team was able to rapidly identify the issue and provide the correction information and solution. While I now no longer produce a time critical website it remains online for historical reference. The thought of moving to another hosting provider has not crossed my mind. I remain very happy with what VeeroTech Hosting provides and especially delighted with the extremely high level of technical support that is available should I need it.

The service and support is second to none.. I truly chat with a service rep within minutes of a request 24/7.. They often go above and beyond to help me out.

It used to be good service, but then they jacked up prices over 30%. Customer service is non-existent.

My representative first asked a few questions about the site structure and needs, and then made a couple tweaks directly that have already made a measurable improvement. He also sent me a few additional suggestions, with the idea that we monitor performance for a few days as a first step. Attentive, authentic support that I feel like I can trust: what an exception in this market so often plagued by upsells and add-ons.
