It used to be good service, but then they jacked up prices over 30%. Customer service is non-existent.

Avoid this Hosting Company at all costs and consider the other bad review! The support is a bit unprofessional, they do not listen nor care. When I first bought hosting I was marked as Fraud! Falsely so even, so I didn't care about them and just went to another Hosting Company and it was the best choice I ever done. So after being marked as Fraud they decided to continue and accepting my account anyway, and I had no idea about this, so a month later I was charged for the Hosting account, I contacted VeeroTech for a refund and I did ask nicely, they refused and did not care about the fact I was marked as Fraud at all, just cared about the Policy. Not only that, but they do not have true 24x7 support. They have a 24x7 ticket system, but support aren't always available (I have used their Hosting before, about a year ago.) and then decided to get them again, to see if they had improved. I will charged back the Payment. Veerotech will for sure respond with some bad response and horrible false excuse. AVOID THIS HOST AT ALL TIMES!

We asked you to log into your account and submit a request with billing. Because you emailed from one not associated with the account, we cannot do anything in that ticket, you'll need one from within your account. Lastly, your purchase was paid for "after" the order was processed and you manually paid with PayPal. We simply pointed out in the ticket that the account was outside of the refund policy, which is 30 days. Again though, we requested that you log into the account and submit a ticket with the billing department and have it reviewed through your account. Not sure what you mean about 24x7 support - our technical support is indeed online, available 24x7. In checking, I'm also not showing where you order was marked as fraud but from what I can see, the order was active and paid for, then remained active and currently is.

This company hosts websites and subcontracts domains through enomdomains.com. Even though your domain is active and owned by you, after you have ended your relationship with Veerotech, you lose access to that domain. They basically hold your domain for ransom. Once you end your relationship with them, they remove all CNAME, ANAME, and MX records from a domain you own because they have control of that domain account, even if that domain has more than than a year before expiring. They charge way more than others and then deny you access to your domain. If you do end up using them as a hosting company, make sure you register your domain on your own and with another domain hosting company to maintain control over your domain. Below is a response that is not true. The domain is active until 2023. yet there is no access to the domain unless you subscribe to their hosting bundle.

Hello - I'm sorry, but this is not the case. We explained to you that you cancelled your hosting plan, which included email and dns services. Your domain if free to be transferred out using the EPP code. There seems to be a confusion regarding these items, you are free to transfer your domain at any time which was explained in the email just a bit ago.
