Ordered what was pictured, a cotton blend outer jacket with fleece lining and sewn on elbow patches. I got a nylon windbreaker with fleece lining and dyed, (a different color at least) elbo patches. To return; must pay for shipping back to China! Avoid this company like Covid!!!!

We ordered a small winter jacket. A month later we received the jacket in the wrong size. This company eventually agreed to replace the item, but went on holiday first. After the holiday ended the company claimed toouch time went by. This company is unreliable.

I purchased a tracksuit from this company and utilized their AI assistant during the ordering process. Unfortunately, the sizing was significantly smaller than expected, and the overall quality of the product was very poor. While a refund is offered, it is contingent upon the customer covering the cost of return shipping to China, which is both inconvenient and costly. Based on this experience, the company’s business practices are disappointing and raise concerns regarding customer service and product standards. I would recommend that this matter be reviewed and reported to the Better Business Bureau..

Advertised leather, sent polyester. Almost a month to deliver the wrong item. Zero tracking, you don't know where the item is. Wrong cut, wrong colour, way inferior quality. Dishonest merchant. Never again.

It is February 25th still has not received an information or updates about my order I had an emailed confirmation from them stating that the items that I had ordered through the shop app will be back in stock on February 24th as of today .I emailed this company 3 TIMES TODAY. No response. ASKING FOR MY FULL REFUND AND STILL NO RESPONSE .THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM I FILED A REPORT WITH SHOP APP AND I WILL CONTINUE REPORTED THIS COMPANY UNTIL AM REFUNDED TOTALLING $62.92 CENTS PAID IN FULL.

Ordered a”Merino wool”polo shirt in M(102cm chest)for £38 gbp. I got a 95% polyester/5% cotton screwed up unpressed”garment”that measured 127cm, so 25cm too big. This is classed as”…misrepresentation/defective”so I asked for a refund and free postage. No… Eventually accepted a 50% refund to my CC. Bill arrived today, no refund… Vile scam.
