My shoes do not fit and I’ve tried several times to get a return address with no response!! They should not mention “ easy returns” I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Compré dos trajes una talla más grande que otra por si acaso. Las prendas o están mal talladas o son defectuosas...al día siguiente se recibir los trajes les comunique por mail que la talla L el pantalón era grande y la parte superior pequeña y la talla m el pantalón era más o menos bien de talla pero la parte superior super pequeña. Les envié fotos y explicación en dos ocasiones y no me devuelven el dinero ni me dicen como devolver el envío. Me parece una estafa. La calidad también dejaba mucho que desear . ESTAFA! HOY ES 29 DE SEPTEIMBRE Y TODAVIA no me han dicho nada.. los espabilados me ofrecian devolverme la mitad del dinero y que me quede los trajes, pero si no valen para nada!!! las tallas estan mal! no compreis nunca aqui!!! NUNCA JAMAS, SON UNOS ESTAFADORES

Ordered a pair of sunglasses assuming they were stocked domestically. Took 3+ weeks to arrive from Honk Kong in a plastic envelope, with no padding. Of course they arrived twisted, but more importantly, the quality of the item was extremely poor. Will toss the item, but lesson learned.

I ordered orthopedic sneakers that were advertised as orthopedic support, premium leather upper and non-slip rubber outsole. These shoes are NOT ORTHOPEDIC. They are a hard as a rock sole with no cushion. There is no leather whatsoever and are made entirely of PLASTIC COVERED FOAM. The nonslip rubber bottom isn’t even rubber. It is also a HARD PLASTIC. These sneakers are so bad I wouldn’t not give them to a friend.

Very small and not what we ordered. Do not order from this company!!!!

This doesn't seem to be a proper company – I initially thought they were based in Canada, but that seems to be just a front for a dropshipping enterprise. The item took forever to arrive and was horrible quality and very small for a large when it did. When I wanted to return it, I had to email them first to request permission and find out how to do so. They then offered me either a 30% refund or told me to send it to China at my own expense, warning me this would be very expensive. I did the latter and of course it got lost (I think it might not even be a real address? I wouldn't be surprised!) but thankfully this meant I could then get a full refund from the postage company for both the postage cost and the value of the item, so I would recommend taking this route if you end up in this position. But mainly avoid this company all costs in the first place!!! I'm embarrassed I fell for their website – a moment of madness.

Same as all the other comments. They do not send you what's in the picture they send you a cheap reproduction. Then they tell you it's because of the lighting and image quality. They do not honor refunds. This company is a scam.

Warning! These people are dishonest. I received a low-quality product that was different to the one I paid for.
