I ordered a jacket from Veeralia for a trip in March. (1)The shipping time was 2 weeks but it came in 4 weeks which was too late for the trip. (2) A sizing guide was not included so I had ordered a medium which I always wear. The jacket was at least a large or extra large so I could not wear it. I contacted the company in the 2 week allotted time frame. They requested more information. I sent requested info. They asked for pictures. I sent pictures. By that time the 2 week time frame was over. After repeated emails with no answer I just gave up. I would not advise ordering anything from this company unless you just like to gamble with your money.

Having badly misrepresented the sizing of a product in their on line shop, this company still refuses to refund my purchase. Initially they acknowledged their error and undertook to refund my payment - and reaffirmed that undertaking on no fewer than three occasions. But they continue to deny, obfuscate and delay. Do not do business with these people. They appear to be fly by night and have no interest in their customers beyond getting our money.

I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for my purchase to arrive from this scam company… I have had emails back and forth with I’m assuming is AI, which have told me my parcel was delivered (on a day I was home all day) and that I should check with houses around me ie; neighbours to see if it was delivered to the wrong house. Then 2 emails telling me they’re sorry I’m not a ‘satisfied customer’. No actual response to when I’ve asked for a refund or to actually send and deliver my order. Buyer BEWARE! Do not give them your money!

Ordered orthopedic sandals. They will not stay on my feet. Trying to get return/refund info. Sent email as per website. They responded that someone will contact me. No one has contacted me. I have requested info several times, no response. It is now past the 30 days. This is a useless company. Do not buy anything from them.

Very poor quality shorts, printed colour rather than dyed, pocket poppers decorative rather than functional. A waste of money. Avoid!

Sent wrong size again putting a number on a bag does not mean the clogs are that size. This shop is a joke.

I ordered a pair of shorts and they did not fit. I have been trying for 2 weeks to return them. I contacted them at hello @veeralia.com and they never responded. I dont reccomend anyone to purchase from them.

false advertising regarding return policy. they say refund within 30 days. they DO NOT tell you refund ONLY if product is defective. My item is correct size for length of shoe size but they are very very wide sloppily slides off . Buyer BEWARE I am out my $42.94
