Bought the trunk light with the app. Absolutely terrible product. Ran super hot, messing with the adhesive holding the weather strip in. Not easy to install. Came with deadspots that grew during install. Half the light wouldn't come back on when tested with the magnet. Absolutely unacceptable. Update: They gave me several options to resolve the issue. I chose the full refund. Was handles very quickly. Updating to 3 stars from 1 star because their customer service was so good.

Installing the Model Y Juniper 2025 Dry Carbon Spoiler was stressful af. The tape is crazy sticky so you get zero room for error, and the edges were sharp during unboxing, but after 40 minutes of aligning it looks perfect on the trunk.

We totally get it – our dry carbon spoiler’s tape is extremely strong on purpose (to keep it secure at high speeds), but you’re right, that means very little room for alignment. We really appreciate your patience during those 40 minutes. Also, sorry about the sharp edges during unboxing – we’re looking into adding edge protection or a clearer handling warning in the next production batch. For now, we recommend wearing gloves when removing it from the box. So glad to hear the final result looks perfect on your Model Y Juniper 2025. I don't normally leave reviews, but after such a positive aftersales experience I felt it was only right to give credit where it is certainly due. The product was received punctually and well designed. I had difficulties with the installation and Veekys were quick to respond and offered various solutions all the way. Many suppliers claim to offer support, but it is hard to judge the quality of that support until it is needed. I can only pass on my very positive experience and hope it helps others.
