OLED display problems
It is very inconvenient because your OLED display keeps freezing. You advertised that this issue would be resolved with a program update. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if the update is complete and where I can download it.

Dear Mr Han, Thank you for reaching out, and we're very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the OLED display freezing. Our engineering team has already contacted you via email. As per your information, we have pushed an OTA update for you. Please download the latest version of the VEEKYS app, connect to your device, and click the "OTA Upgrade" tab on the main device page to complete the update. No further action is needed from your end beyond that. Once the update is finished, the freezing issue should be fully resolved. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right.
