My 12 product order arrived several days later than expected also with one item missing. Now if I only knew how to get in contact with the company I would, but I’ve emailed two different emails one on their website and one other shop profile and both bounced back. I’m just glad I received majority of my products and honestly, I might order from them again, but definitely not at full price taking on the full risk.
