I was so excited I found the Estée Lauder Crystal Balm. I placed my order September 26th. Today is October 24th. I emailed. No correspondence Have been waiting patiently. Nothing. No tracking , no email confirmation my order was shipped to me. All i have is an order confirmation and a charge to my credit card.

This company is a scam. Purchased Schwarzkopf Simply Color and it is not the same. Different formula and says PPD free…it’s NOT!! Using the same packaging as Schwarzkopf but NOT the same hair dye. Complete scam.

Im not sure if they fake or not but for sure service is disappointing... sent 6 emails in total but no helpful response response what so ever its always standard reply saying its on the way ....

This website isn’t legitimate. You place an order they take your money and don’t deliver. They say order completed without delivering. Email sent to them and no reply.

Total scam. Fake company. Ordered some shampoo from their site. Nothing ever came. They don’t respond to emails. Their phone number is just a voicemail box.
