So I bought a new Macbook and as per their terms and conditions Vcows were within their rights to ask me to purchase the software again as the license is bound to the machine that you are using. However after simply explaining my situation Vcows very kindly just added another machine slot to my account. There were no long discussions, no arguments - they just did it. As a teacher I use this software almost every day I would reccomend the software without hesitation. Well done Vcows, great customer service and again a great piece of software.

Amazing software and amazing customer service. I used 4k downloader for years and then it stopped working. Vcows does everything and more. Its user friendly, they have amazing customer service and its quick! Highly recommend
