Excellent customer service! Not just another desperate company trying to make a buck. They really care about your experience and are very timely with any inquiries. I've placed 2 orders with no issues. Looking forward to placing more in the near future.

The customer service at VCA and Isabella are outstanding. It’s clear that they are genuinely care about helping customers. When one of the items I ordered was out of stock, VCA offered a replacement for any items on the website even the replacement is much more expensive than the one I ordered. It goes to show VCA’s quick problem solving skills are remarkable. They are willing to go and beyond for customers. Thanks for your outstanding service. It’s truly a 5-star service!! I highly recommended this service to anyone who is interested in beautiful, hi quality jewelry, and excellent customer service .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve purchased from VCAscale multiple times now and I can honestly say the quality continues to impress me every single time. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful 😍 the craftsmanship, the stones and the overall finish are exceptional. If you’re looking for high-quality designer-inspired pieces that truly look elegant and well-made, this store delivers. What really makes the experience stand out though is Isabella the Sales manager. She is incredibly accommodating, kind and professional. She always takes the time to answer every question, explain details about the pieces and help you choose what works best for you. Her communication is amazing, she responds quickly and always makes sure every concern, even the smallest one is handled promptly. I also really appreciate how customer-focused she is. She’s transparent, helpful with recommendations and always looks out for the customer’s best interest, whether it’s offering great discounts, helping with exchanges or providing store credit if needed. Overall, the jewelry is stunning and the customer service is truly outstanding. I’ve shopped here several times already and will definitely continue buying from them. Highly recommend!!!
