Always helpful, extremely patient. I'm not a tech genius, and I don't have a big company. I'm a sole trader, and I need to send out bulk emails. So when I get things wrong, like forgetting to make my email sequence live, I really appreciate the excellent support that these guys provide.

These are all top of the line, but really what's truly amazing is their customer service and support! Using their chat within their wide range of business hours always gets an immediate and extremely helpful response. Outside of operating hours, they're still more responsive than I would expect. I WISH other businesses provided service and support even near this quality! I will forever be a vbout customer!
