VAVAReviews of vava.com

Purchased a baby monitor and waited until our baby was 4 months old until we used it (he was always in the same room until then) used it for a week and then had “poor connection”. The only time it worked was when we were next to the camera! Got in touch with the company to be told we couldn’t get a refund, asked to speak to a manager and got put through to an answer machine. Complete waste of my time trying to sort it out and haven’t gotten anywhere with it. Terrible customer service considering it wasn’t a cheap product and is also used for something so important. Updated: the company has been in touch and offered a new monitor and have been very apologetic. Am hoping this one will work because we liked everything else about it.

Do not buy from VAVA. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for a $2,800 projector. My account was charged and order accepted. The reps are nice but crm is horrible. Save your time and buy from a reputable brand. After waiting for multiple weeks they finally shipped the projector which has been absolutely fantastic. This is a great deal and a great device but the runaround and lack of information on the order itself was not appreciated.
