Hi Souraneel, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand fees can stand out on smaller transfers, so we always aim to be as clear and transparent as possible. VaultLeap’s pricing is flat and volume-based — every transaction includes a 0.55% platform fee, which in your case was $6.03 USD, fully in line with our published rate. As total volume increases, fees automatically drop, reaching 0.10% for high-volume users. There are no hidden charges, and our rates remain consistently lower than most cross-border or fintech alternatives, especially on larger payments. Best, VaultLeap Support Team

We take every report like this seriously. Our support and operations teams immediately investigated and confirmed that no deposit was ever received or processed for this user. We also verified this directly with our regulated banking partner, who confirmed that no incoming transaction to this user existed. Our records show the user deleted their account shortly after submitting the support request and stopped responding to follow-up messages, preventing the review from being completed. VaultLeap operates through regulated banking partners, and every verified transfer is automatically reflected in the user’s self-custodial wallet. Our systems remain fully operational and secure, and we continue to support customers promptly and transparently whenever genuine transfer issues arise. -VaultLeap Team
