Unfairly rated. A solid platform if you understand how B2B fintech actually works.
Reading the negative reviews here is honestly frustrating. As someone who uses VaultLeap actively for both my personal accounts and my corporate LLC operations, it is quite obvious that most of these complaints come from angry users who lack basic financial literacy regarding how BaaS (Banking as a Service) platforms operate. Most of the "my account was suddenly closed" complaints seem to be from US-based users getting caught in standard regulatory compliance crackdowns, which is standard procedure for non-bank tech companies, not a scam.Another major misunderstanding is about the crypto features. VaultLeap provides USDC options strictly for account funding—meaning the sender wallet and the receiver account must be controlled by the same entity. It is a treasury management tool, not a payment gateway to accept crypto from random third-party clients. If you try to treat it like a retail crypto exchange, you will obviously trigger AML (Anti-Money Laundering) flags and get your account frozen. Are they perfect? No. They are currently having some issues with card issuance, which is inconvenient. However, this doesn't break the platform. The core functionality works exactly as intended for corporate and personal cross-border operations. Seeing their rating sitting at 3.4 simply because people don't read the terms of service or understand basic compliance rules is entirely unjustified. Note to the Trustpilot Editor: This is for you: I know you will likely suspend this review claiming "you are a company employee," and I am waiting for that email. I will send you such concrete screenshots and proof of my legitimate accounts that you will want to manually increase the company's average rating yourself. Go ahead, send the email, I'm waiting!
