it works, customer service is trash
The app works. It does what it needs to do, usually even good when owner has Claude tokens to fix the shit. However customer service is another beast. 2 tickets open this year, both open for months with no fix. Invoicing is just terrible hot pile of garbage, yet no changes to that. Been getting "owner will look into it" for months. Solely for this 2* Edit: What are you talking about? On your site you have an option to generate invoice for the orders I've submitted. This dismissive reply is all that your customer is worth? Wonderful.

Please reach out to the payment gateway/processing company. Invoice PDFs is not the function of a Discord recovery bot and anyone reading this review will know our purview covers restoration of your Discord community, not generating Invoice PDFs. Also, are you a customer of VaultCord or a sub-user of one of our customers? Because that changes scope and the party that should be getting reviewed greatly. - Best Regards
