Was good been using for two years but sadly the owner randomly blames me for a pointless exploit or something like that then sort of trying to scaremongering me because he got my crypto address when in reality he very unprofessional how can you randomly blame someone for something crazy to me? So from this day I won’t be using them now lol

All my members got deleted randomly, they claimed their public bot got banned on telegram, would not recommend due to this bad experience. PS: The reply is just not true, telegram was filled with people complaining so I was not the only one experiencing this issue… And you know it and you all acknowledged it.

That is infeasible. No members have been deleted, we keep regular backup checkpoints of our data storage. None of our over 100,000 customers have contacted us about a similar issue recently. - Best Regards

A short time after I bought services I got not only a massive attack on my server from spambots that spammed 18+ server links, I got a message from discord too, I would violate discord TOS. No Idea what was the issue, had nothing like this before. I would be careful buying here

Hello, VaultCord is a security Discord bot for adding verification/guild screening. VaultCord would not add spambots to your server, that's not a functionality of our software. These spambots would have to come from your own personal actions, such as creating a Discord invite or inviting them to your server with other methods. VaultCord's backup bot is verified by Discord in 9,000 servers. We're compliant with the Discord ToS and condemn your violations. Please do not use the VaultCord platform for evil. Best Regards

Bought members and were false advertised as 50% active and 90% of them are dead on top of that many left and there not way to contact support. Told to use live chat but when trying to use it only available to subscribers

Hi, VaultCord does not sell members ourselves. You probably purchased access to someone's VaultCord server on a 3rd-party website such as followers.com Also, it isn't true that you need to be a "subscriber" to use our live chat. You simply need to have a registered account and use our services. See picture https://r2.vaultcord.com/registered-users-only.png If you don't have an account, how could you have had an interaction with us? Best Regards.

Hi, (User mistake, didn't understand the difference between 5 stars and 1 star.) You mentioned in your review that you "would like to rate a 5 cuz very few sites and this much trust worthy and i believe vaultcord is one of them". Did you perhaps click the wrong end of the star ranges, because it appears you mistakenly rated us a 1. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter Best Regards.

Please elaborate on your experience. More details would help everyone. Feel free to email us at [email protected]. We wanted to remind you that VaultCord has 4X the number of features as the trailing Discord backup bots. Our average response time is 3 minutes for customer support https://dash.vaultcord.com/discord-support Best Regards.

Owner closed my support and refused to help due to the lack of laziness. Not recommended.
Response from VaultcordApr 15, 2024
Hi, Unfortunately, your review is not coherent and doesn't add up. If someone was lacking the laziness trait, they would be hard working. We haven't denied service to anyone. Haven't found the need to since the government isn't telling us we must remove anyone yet. We also can't find any support interactions with a user in Iceland. This reviewer's blank profile and only 1 review indicates a fake review pattern. Especially since the only upvotes to this post are other blank profiles with zero activity. Best Regards.
