These people care about what they do. They are easy to reach, and always helpful. Best integrated support chat I have seen on any website. I'm impressed by their character, and will choose them over any competitor.

Service is not good, your instance gpus can get scheduled from another guy and you have to copy data which costs bandwidth to another instance just so you can open another even if its targeted as "on demand" your still off better going for competitor sites i dont recommend it at all. Customer service is bad as well they seem like they get paid minimum wage and dont even care to help you just give you some copy pastes or some ai bs

Incredibly frustrating some machines fail to do even the most basci things

I had a beatiful experience for 2 weeks using this platform, but I had a little problem today. However, Thai of customers support helped me to solve it. Tysm

Their Ostris AI template is constantly faulty, Stuck at photo upload, never starting jobs, extremely slow/unresponsive UI. I have been using Ostris AI toolkit locally, and never faced these issues. Bandwidths stated on machine descriptions are totally fake. A claimed 1500Mbps is barely 100Mbps. I will never use this service again. Waste of money and time.

Very easy interface. Straight forward. But what got me was the technical support. More than helpful, they were very patient and resolved my problem. Great 5-Star service.

Quick and accurate response.

Very good customer service
