Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company. After reviewing some negative feedbacks below, I asked Leon owner of this company to provide me legal agreement for his Amazon FBA - coaching program, before I can proceed with the payment process, then he provided me an agreement on 03/28, where I found some minor mistakes and asked him to correct. Next, when I received corrected agreement and found some missing details like minimum ROI% etc that we agreed on the call together . So, when I asked about those missing details today, to make sure before my lawyer will review the agreement. He texted me that he can't take new clients anymore, even we agreed that I will show the agreement to my lawyer today on 03/28 due weekends. So, don't waste your time with this company, as this isn't serious approach and kind of would match with the other negative feedbacks if I wouldn't have asked to provide a legal agreement having all details that he offers on the call. Replying back : Please be fair and accept negative part of your business. Did I tell that I received the actual Amazon FBA coaching service in my feedbacks? I wrote the feedbacks based on what you have texted and verbally told me in the Zoom call. I can share copies of the agreement if you want or screenshots from our phone text conversation and you can find more in the recorded Zoom call if you want to be 100% transparent here but I feel you don't want to follow what you say and now I know that all other negative feedbacks might be true and I am happy that I didn't waste more time with you 🙄 Replying back again - - > First of all I said if you want I can share agreement copies or screenshots from our conversation to prove that I didn't lie anything in my feedbacks. When it comes to my name, we live in the freedom country and I already shared my name with the trustpilot.
Response from Vartanian CapitalMar 31, 2025
Murat, thank you for sharing your perspective. For anyone reading this review, the most important context is that Murat never enrolled in the Vartanian Capital program, never signed the agreement, never made a payment, never received access to the curriculum, never attended coaching as a student, and never received any Amazon FBA mentorship services from us. His review concerns conversations that occurred during the pre enrollment process and his review of a proposed agreement, not an experience inside the actual coaching program. We have no issue with a prospective client asking questions, reviewing an agreement carefully, or having an attorney review it before making a decision. In fact, we encourage people to understand exactly what they are agreeing to before enrolling. Murat requested changes to the agreement and we accommodated initial corrections. Additional questions and requests were then raised regarding terms and expectations, and it ultimately became clear that there was not sufficient alignment for us to move forward together. At that point, we made the business decision not to accept the engagement. A business is not obligated to accept every prospective client, just as a prospective client is not obligated to purchase a service. Deciding before payment or enrollment that the relationship is not a good fit is preferable to forcing a business relationship where expectations are already significantly misaligned. Murat repeatedly references a requested minimum ROI percentage. To be clear, we do not guarantee a minimum return on investment or guarantee a particular financial outcome from Amazon FBA. Results in any business depend on numerous factors including implementation, capital, consistency, product selection, supplier relationships, account health, market conditions, and decisions made by the individual seller. We would not insert a guaranteed minimum return into an agreement unless such a guarantee were actually part of the offer. Murat is entitled to describe what he experienced during our sales and contract discussions, but that experience should not be confused with firsthand knowledge of the actual mentorship itself. He never accessed our curriculum, coaching calls, support systems, supplier resources, educational materials, or implementation process. Statements suggesting that his pre enrollment disagreement somehow validates unrelated negative reviews from actual or alleged clients are his personal conclusions, not something established by his interaction with us. We also want to address the suggestion that ending the sales process was somehow evidence that the business was not serious. From our perspective, the opposite is true. Part of operating responsibly is recognizing when expectations between a prospective client and a company are not aligned before money changes hands. Rather than accepting payment and hoping those differences disappeared later, we chose not to proceed. No money was taken from Murat and no service was withheld from him. He was simply informed that we would not be moving forward with the engagement. We respect his right to be disappointed with that decision and to describe his experience with the pre enrollment process. We equally believe prospective clients reading this review deserve the complete context that this was a prospective client relationship that never progressed to enrollment or service delivery. We stand by the decision not to proceed where expectations were materially different before the relationship even began, and we continue to encourage every prospective client to review the terms carefully, ask questions, conduct their own due diligence, and only enroll if both sides believe the relationship is a good fit. -Vartanian Capital
