this is the biggest rip off . I received my machine this morning and let the battery charge and machine does not work i would like all my my money back from you people. I have tried to get in touch with customer service by phone text message and now this way. if I don't receive an answer I will go to the better business bureau. the date of the offense was 05/12/2025 @ 10.30 a.

Ron Dorland, Colorado Springs, Colorado. After 15 months of use, strictly at night, my $999.95 VARON portable concentrator quit concentrating oxygen and needs repair. I don't expect free repair. After 2 weeks of dealing with customer service through email,I give up. I simply need the address to the service center but I can't have it until I pay the $30 fee for checking out the unit. I'm required to pay for the address to the repair shop. Insane. Save your money and buy from a reputable company. VARON is not medical grade and no local repair business will look at it for that reason. There is a good reason Amazon quit selling VARON.

I ordered a concentrator unit on April 19, 2025 11:07 PM for use with an Oxygen Crate for dogs and was told by the manufacturer that it would only provide 35% oxygen and would possibly kill the dog who needed a much higher saturation. I reached out to Varon, starting on April 20, 2025 3:13 PM (Easter Sunday) via their chat, whatsapp and email asking them to hold or cancel the order because I didn't think it would work and I needed to confirm. I received a reply at April 20, 2025 9:28 PM that didn't address my concern at all. I replied immediately (I was at my computer when the email came in) telling them that the concentrator would not work, that I needed to cancel because they would not confirm that it would work. Remember this is Easter Sunday, they are in China, so it was Monday there. They never responded again, not to answer about the concentrator and the crate working or not, not to confirm they cancelled the order. So I email 2 more times asking to verify the cancellation. Finally a response at Monday, April 21, 2025 7:18 PM nearly 22 hours later, they had all day to respond. "Greetings from the Customer Service Team. Thank you for contacting us. Sorry for keeping you waiting. So sorry that we are not able to cancel the order for you now. For your order, it was shipped out for more than 48 hours already" I didn't even order the concentrator 48 hours "already" So they shipped it before I ordered it? No they want to try to force me to complete the sale. So more back and forth and they refuse to stop the delivery because they want me to have to pay shipping both ways and other fees. They don't want to divert or change the delivery because it will cost them more. This is their mistake, they chose to lie and send this, when I asked to cancel less than 24 hours after the sale on Easter Sunday. They will not help, they will not stop lying. The rescue I work with was going to buy some smaller concentrators for the fosters, we can use masks for the littles. But no way would I buy anything from them now. No way will I let the rescue do business with these folks. If this is how things go before we get their product, I don't want to know what it would be like if we had problems. There are other companies out there, you should choose to do business with those. I already called my card company to begin a chargeback and tomorrow I will call paypal. This is a shady company.

The seller/representative is very rude, not helpful and won't take responsibility for his own actions. He keeps sending unwanted communication and when I ask him to stop he tells me to ask Aliexpress. So he's asking me to ask Aliexpress to tell him to stop sending me spam when I ask him directly. Totally illogical and childish. I will never buy from this store again. Also, The Varon Oxygen Concentration machine does not actually measure the amount of oxygen it puts out and displays on the screen. It's not a true percentage.

Ein Absoluter Betrugshop.Ich habe ein Gerät bestellt was nicht meinen erwartungen entsprach nach 3 Tagen sollte ich es auf eigene Kosten von 50, euro nach China schicken. Nach etlichen anschreiben das ich mein geld erstattet habe möchte wurde ich immer nur hingehalten und nun nach 3 Monaten immer noch keine erstattung. Ein absoluter Drecksladen und sollte verboten werden

Battery last maybe 3O minutes max. The touch controls are so sensitive one brush across top and it shuts off. The carrier makes it nearly impossible for the battery or car charger to stay plugged it. Battery cord came loose 3 times walking from my son's back door to my car probably 50' away. The cannulas will not stay connected. Worst thing I've ever purchased. Sad how they take advantage of people.

I have not received the VP2 unit yet, but hidden on there website it states their units are not FAA approved. This should be in the description. I am now trying to return the unit, that I haven't gotten yet (should arrive today) to them. I would not buy Varon products if you want to fly any where.

This company is a scam. I bought a product called the VP-2, because they said it produces 5 L/min of oxygen. When it arrived, I found out they were lying. It only produces 1 L/min, which is medically useless. I contacted the company over and over, and they keep repeating this same ridiculous lie that *L/min" is an abbreviation of the word" level," not "liters per minute.". They scammed me out of nearly $800, and my PayPal dispute with them is still ongoing. Keep away from these scammers! They lie to sick and disabled people to sell them useless products.
