Great item for a great price and fast shipping

We ordered this concentrator recommended by an friend for our mom. We did research and decided this was going to be a great fit for her. It satisfies our needs, works great, and unburdens us from dragging around a heavy tank on wheels. The company was easy to work with, ordering was easy, and we received our order quickly and in perfect condition.

My machine delivery was fast and efficient. I have also ordered more filters from this site and it was easy and the delivery was excellent. The machine works great and I enjoy the quality.

I own two VH-2 concentrators. Light weight and easy to pack up and take to my daughter’s house to visit for the day. One I have had over a year with now problems. Good customer service for tubing. Great products.

I ordered the Varon VP-8G for my husband who has metastatic lung cancer. He was not able to use the portable oxygen concentrator (POC) provided by the DME because his oxygen demand was too high. It only went up to 5. During the first months of being on oxygen, we had a home concentrator that I had them swap out to get one that goes up to 10 l/m because after 2 hospitalizations within 3 days of discharge, he struggled. After coming home again, I switched to tanks for use outside the home. He only left for medical/cancer care and we travelled an hour there and back. Sometimes treatment days were 6+ hours. It was very difficult to worry about having enough tanks to last until we got home. I was doing significant heavy lifting literally getting wheelchair, oxygen tanks in and out of the car, back into the house storing for pick up and delivery. They took his POC due to insurance only covering tanks or POC in addition to home concentrator. So I bought the Varon VP-8G for under $1100 including a car charger. I researched POC systems on line, talked to a few companies and decided on the Varon because it went up to 8 whereas most were 3 or 5. Husband has been weaned down to 3-4 l/min but we know it will likely be back up to higher level needs with his lung cancer eroding into his left main bronchus to upper and lower lobes. It arrived within 6 days of order. We have since used it for all trips outside the home - mostly for medical/cancer related care but also he finally left home for an enjoyable day with family on mother's day. I feel confident to leave home with it and of course, I still haul oxygen tanks just in case but this is the first week I haven't ordered any tank exchanges!!. My husband feels less encumbered and likes that "it's not as much trouble" for me. We hope he has 1-2 years as predicted by oncologists WITH TREATMENT. Having a reliable POC and tank oxygen to leave home gives us hope for more quality time together. We r going away for an overnight getaway this weekend all thanks to Varon!!

Agent went out of its way to get me a Serene 5 which was not available yet in Canada. Unit is FDA approved and very well made. Unit comes with an humidifier and found that I'm having worry free and restful sleep now that I wake up with a 94%SpO2 every day. COPD hasn't been easy for me but this silent unit brings me peace of mind. I can use it with my CPAP easily by buying a 3$ connector. All smiles!

I now have three different Varon oxygen concentrators, a home unit, one specifically for the car, and a light one for walking around. All have performed well. I recently bought two extra batteries to get ready for vacation. All the purchases have been seamless. Thank you.
