I recently purchased the Varon VP-8G portable oxygen concentrator. This item is a scam. It does not deliver the amount of oxygen it is advertised to provide. Not even close. I was unable to even walk slowly through a department store on the maximum of 8L with it. My oxygen levels stayed below 88. Brain cells were dying! They will give you lots of excuses, send you automated emails in response to your requests, tell you that you misunderstood everything that you read on their website and won't give you a refund. Additionally, it turns out that they are not FAA approved for flying. This is a big part of the reason people have portable oxygen concentrators. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY VARON OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS. THEY ARE HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH.

It's totally inadequate and they will not respond to calls or messages about returning machine for a refund! Better Business Bureau next!

I purchased the Varon VP-6 Oxygen Concentrator. It is advertised at having a 1-6L adjustable Continuous Flow Oxygen Supply up to 93%+-3%. It actually only has a 90% oxygen flow at Level 1. By Level 4 is it down to 35% oxygen. And at Level 6 it is down to 28% oxygen. They cover themselves by having a very small photo of this decrease hidden amoung the other listing photos. BUT in several places in the listing it states the incorrect information. Even a 90% oxygen level, (93%-3%) is very different to a 28% level when someone needs continous flow pure oxygen. I emailed them several times and they are sorry for the inconvenience, but they are not going to stand behind their 30-Day Refund Policy.

I am extremely disappointed with this order and the way this issue has been handled. I ordered the standard pack with an extra battery, yet the extra battery was not included in the delivery. Customer service told me it would be shipped separately, which does not make sense because they cannot even provide a tracking number for it. It has already been three days since the oxygen unit arrived, and the extra battery still has not been delivered. The extra battery alone costs 8,000 ph, which is not a small amount of money. On top of that, your store allows customers to choose between an EU plug and a US plug, yet you still fail to deliver the correct item. Why give customers these options if the order is not going to be fulfilled correctly? Frankly, this situation is unacceptable. Considering the very high cost of this item, I expected much better service and accuracy. Instead, my concern has not been taken seriously, and I am left without the product that I paid for. I expect a clear explanation, immediate shipment of the missing battery with a valid tracking number, or a proper resolution to this issue as soon as possible.

Entreprise à éviter absolument. Mes parents qui sont âgés et malades ont acheté un appareil. 2 jours après réception de l'appareil, celui-ci étant trop lourd pour eux, ils sont décidés de le renvoyer. Malgré la loi de rétractation de 14 jours qui s'applique sur le territoire français, le service relation clientèle (qui n'est pas joignable par téléphone mais juste par mail) a totalement refusé. Ils se mettent hors la loi et s'en fiche complètement. Sachant qu'aucune adresse n'apparait nulle part (sur le site internet ou mail de confirmation de commande), il est impossible de retourner l'appareil sans ces informations de leur part. Depuis, le service relation clientèle ne répond tout simplement plus du tout à nos mails. Société vraiment pas sérieuse. Fuyez et achetez ailleurs !

For one be honest.I called and inquired about concentrator and tod them I needed 2-3 litre of oxygen and asked if the 3l varon would work and was told it would.Iasked if I could return it and they said no problem.It did not work for me and I called to return and was told no batteries or accessories could be returned and I had to ship to China at my cost even though machine came from california.shipping and restock was same price as machine so I would pay double and have nothing but batteries I can't use.
