The Varon NT-086 was bought in October, 2025. It quit working in April 2026. Since it was bought on Amazon, I have not been any answers from the company. This was a very expensive item, and I would like it's warranty to be covered.

The equipment works well, but customer service is awful to nonexistent.

So I was about to purchase a varon vp 6, and when I checkout with PayPal a random address popped up with my name. The address is in China, I have no clue why this happened because it's not there on my PayPal account, but just showed up after clicking check out via PayPal. Idk if this website is a scam or what, but I didn't continue and looked through Google for reviews. Thanks to trust pilot and all the 1 star reviews here, I won't be purchasing this brand at all. Is this website legit tho? Varoninc.com?

I bought a vp2 in March. The external charging port quit working in 6 weeks. You can take the battery off and direct charge the battery but that is difficult you have to take it out of the carrying case and disconnect the battery. That is very difficult if you have arthritis in your hands. Contacted customer support and explained the problem. So low response poor customer service. Told me to take the battery off and charge it that way. Customer service is not in this country and you are dealing with customer service that are not English as a first language. Very poor customer service the battery only lasts about an hour. Had to buy a second larger battery to use the machine for any length of time I have to keep oxygen tank in car in case battery gives out. Not happy with this purchase.

Ordered an 8 liter portable. It did not work correctly, giving an error message that the O2 being delivered was not sufficient. I tried to return it, but could not get a straight answer out of what passes for customer service. Nor could I find any evidence of a corporate presence in California, despite the fact business is done here. The addresses on the packages where the items where shipped from are a warehouse in Texas and a warehouse in Ontario, California. Claims of reliable equipment are false and there is no customer service.

Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Anbieter ist äußerst enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen. Auf meine berechtigte Reklamation erhielt ich überwiegend offensichtlich standardisierte bzw. KI-generierte Antworten, die in keiner Weise auf mein konkretes Problem eingegangen sind. Zudem erfolgt die Kommunikation extrem schleppend – maximal eine Antwort pro Tag per E-Mail, was den Prozess bewusst in die Länge zieht. Statt einer ernsthaften Bearbeitung meines Anliegens wurden mir wiederholt belanglose und ausweichende Antworten geschickt, ohne dass eine echte Lösung angeboten wurde. Der Höhepunkt ist das angebotene „Entgegenkommen“: Für ein defektes Gerät im Wert von 639,99 € wurden mir lediglich 200 € für Rückgabe angeboten. Das ist aus meiner Sicht völlig unangemessen und wirkt wie ein Versuch, Kunden mit mangelhaften Produkten abzuspeisen. Insgesamt hinterlässt dieses Vorgehen den Eindruck eines kundenunfreundlichen und wenig seriösen Geschäftsgebarens. Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier zu kaufen.

I purchased the Varon VP-8G Pulse Flow Portable Oxygen Concentrator from varoninc. The product was heavily advertised with high oxygen output, but in reality, it never delivered the promised oxygen levels. Within less than one week, the machine completely broke down and stopped working. I immediately contacted customer service for help, but they kept delaying and making excuses, dragging the process on for a long time. Only after I opened a dispute through PayPal did they finally respond and ship some spare parts from China. This is clearly a low-quality Chinese-made product. The build quality is bad, the oxygen performance is far below what is advertised, and the after-sales service is extremely poor — they only act when forced by PayPal. I strongly advise everyone, especially those who need reliable oxygen support for health reasons, to stay away from Varon products and this company. Total waste of money and very disappointing experience

I would not recommend the Veron NT-02. It goes off and back on randomly giving an error message. We wanted to return it and Veroninc gave us some vague address in CHINA for us to send it back. Also, customer service is almost nonexistant.
