Battery will die then what
Battery will die then what. You die. Don’t leave it plugged into car charger. When new cars are off they kill the portable batteries. Live and let learn or die and let learn. Probably same goes if you plug in ac out let and unplug the wall but leave it plugged into battery. So it sucks watching someone gasp for the needed air for 399. Unhappy customer here and ask for credit card info to help but say it will be refunded. Nope pass

I got our unit in May and had nothing…
I got our unit in May and had nothing problems. The battery didn't hold a charge to get to a doctor's appt and back. Then the unit was stuck on 5 liters when only 3 was necessary. Customer service was no help, they stated that we'd had it too long to do anything about it. Would not recommend this company!!

It wouldn't stay charged for more the 20 or 30 minutes, the company would never reply to any of my 5 emails nor to walmarts emails. The company and the machine are equally terrible.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS
I read reviews before I spent a lot of money on 2 devices. One arrived, the other is lost in the wind. I paid for expedited shipping. 8 days after I placed my order I have a tracking number - but the status has been "label created" for a week. They are NOT responding to me, their customer service line goes straight to voice-mail - oh, but I did get a call-back at 11:45 least night - stupid me slept through the ring, I am frantic and angry. I don't know where to turn. DO NOT give these scammers your money! UPDATE: IGNORE the merchant's response and be aware that they also operate through Walmart and a website called TTLife.com. Even has the same phone number - that is NEVER manned.

Do not buy from this company I bought…
Do not buy from this company I bought on line in UK. I notified them within days that I was returning at as too heavy. The UK law,allows an item bought on line to be fully refunded as long as you notify within 14 days. They are refusing to do this They are in contravention of UK consumer law save your money

DANGER! Do not buy!!!
DANGER! Product descriptions are misleading and dangerous! We purchase a unit that claimed to have continuous oxygen delivery at 6L. THIS DOES NOT MEAN 6 LITERS OF OXYGEN!! The flow is continuous but the 6L means 6 levels, not 6 liters of O2. Once you adjust from level one (which they call 1L) your oxygen flow drops significantly. If you or your loved one is on 6L of continuous O2 at home and you try to use a Varon portable O2 concentrator at 6L, you will be getting about 23% oxygen. This information is NOT clearly stated in the advertisement. The return process is very difficult as it has a short one month return window, and calls and emails to get a return started are ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
