Got the Varla Eagle 2.0, amazing quality, very solid and well built. Had some issues with one of the controllers, but I contacted support and they were able to help me with no issues, and sent me a replacement. All thanks to Sylvia from the support team for the help and great communications. Highly recommended!

I have contacted Varla Customer Support recently for two issues, I needed a new tire and before that I needed a new charging port. Both times the company responded promptly and were able to get me what I needed. Thanks Freya!

So far have had nothing but good things to say about their customer service and actions regarding queries about the scooter I bought.

Sylvia was very helpful and helped me all the way to fixing my scooter

I would like to say that I had a spectacular experiaence working with Sylvia. I needed a warranty part, she expedited my request and I received the correct part within 10 days. I am very happy with Sylvia and her staff. Thank You!

I have had contact with Varla Customer Service a few times and every time Sylvia has taken the time to answer my questions, send me accessories when I need them, and kept in contact with me to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. She always does this in a timely manner and I always know I will get a timely response to my emails. She does a great job. As for my scooters, I have a Pegasus that I love and ride the most. It's very sturdy and it gets me around town to all my appointments. It's fun to ride. I also have a Falcon that I use when I just want to cruise and enjoy my time out. It's not as fast as the Pegasus but it's just as fun to ride. Overall for what I've spent on the two scooters, Varla has done an excellent job keeping riding and happy.

The scooter is quite nice. I had one customer service inquiry. The response was quick and correct.

I had to order a replacement part for my eagle one and the shipping was fast and the part was as described and easy to install and works perfectly.
